"I am interested in what it would be like to be you"
I've had two of the most exciting, fun auditions the past week. One for Fear at Avon Valley in October and one for a production of Burning Books at The Curve Theatre.
Fear was completely knackering but I can't help but love pretending to be a zombie, demon or even a werewolf. Which can I add is one of the hardest creatures to embody. I can confirm I will be one of the scare actors at Fear this October and I can't wait to find out what I will be playing and who I will be working with.
I have been told that when I have a child and I see them doing something they love, I will feel
immense pride in them. I've experienced that sense of pride prematurely when seeing Actors I trained with, in their first professional production after University. The production was such a spectacle with so many clever innovative ideas of how to use set, props, say lines and move, I had to stop myself from blinking. It was a rollercoaster of emotions, I was laughing hysterically, then crying and then just gobsmacked. An incredible production that needs to be seen. If Bleak House doesn't tour I will be very disappointed.
